'Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it. '

'Apart from the noise from the bar below, which isn’t all that bad, and finished by midnight latest, this place is awesome and I would recommend to anyone.
The staff are all lovely, and it’s a real piece of Australian / Perth history, with the high ceilings and origin story on the walls in the rooms.
It’s also slap bang in the middle of the action so you can get about and see all the awesomeness of Perth and surrounds really easily, and it’s a great place to enjoy a drink after a long day of...
