'The host was very helpful. We weren't able to stay at the original place because we got in too late, but the host had plenty of other properties and we stayed at a place that was just as nice. One thing was there was supposed to be hot water, but there wasn't any, and the only other complaint was that there were some dead bugs on the comforter. If they had been alive I would've been more concerned but it worked out okay.'
