'First, the apartment was NOT ready. Communication with the company Wynwood was terrible. they made me wait for 2 hours to finally gave me a different place. The customer service is terrible, someone answers when they want and you dont really know who you are talking to. I would rate this customer service as the worst I ever dealt with.'

'This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away.
The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help.
I highly recommend this apartment.'

'The room I had needs a lick of paint, the floor fixed, and basic kitchen amenities. What was seriously disturbing is the night club on Saturday to Sunday night. Incredibly loud, flashing light and vibrating walls. No sleep possible until after 4 in the morning. Other than that thin walls and ongoing construction work after 7 in the morning was ok'

'We had a wonderful stay! It’s a very beautiful, clean apartment. I wish there were some hand towels and an extra roll of toilet paper, but we would definitely stay here again!! '
