'Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk was not staffed the hours I walked by, but the restaurant staff could handle double duty if needed. They did meet me at the train station and escort me to the hotel. Which we...

'Cool location, nice room with our own plunge pool but, very big but, the dinner is horrible. Really bad food, advice is just walk into town and grab a burger!!!'

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

'Net hotel, met basis voorzieningen op 3 sterren niveau. Leuk & goed personeel. Goede ligging t.a.v. station en bus naar Machu Picchu. Hotel relatief duur t.a.v. de voorzieningen, zoals de meeste hotels in Machu Picchu, je betaalt voor de locatie dichtbij het wereld wonder. '
