'Amazing customer service. We interacted with about a dozen staff members and every single one was delightful. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service. There is round the clock buggy service and the entire trip was a pleasure. The pool is 1.4m deep which was good enough for us. The big pool has occassional water polo and other obstacle courses added for kids' enjoyment. Lots of activities at the vacation club for everyone to enjoy.
