' There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. 'Great place to stay in Koh Phi Phi. Very reasonably priced, considering location and amenities. Very little noise at night, clean rooms and super helpful staff. 10/10 would stay here again.'

'The walk from the pier was pretty terrible but you could arrange when they are there to collect luggage (a few times a day but I missed them). The room I had was great. Super comfortable bed, big television, lovely balcony With stunning views and comfortable seats and loungers on the balcony.
