A. Guests who remain in the unit past the scheduled check-out time without prior written approval may be subject to a $100 late departure penalty.

For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with, disabling, covering, unplugging, removing batteries from, or otherwise interfering with these devices is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine per incident will be charged for any violation. If you experience issues such as beeping or false alerts, please contact us immediately for assistance.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS 》 All guests staying in the property must be registered on the reservation for liability, security, and operational purposes. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest, per night will be applied for each unauthorized guest. Our cleaning schedules, supplies, and inventory are prepared based on the number of registered occupants.
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Exterior security cameras may be installed at building-approved locations, including the exterior door frame. Under no circumstances may security cameras be removed, covered, disconnected, tampered with, or disabled. Any violation will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not record any private indoor spaces.

Do not dispose of trash in community amenities or unauthorized areas. Break down all cardboard boxes before disposal. Soiled items, including pizza boxes, are not recyclable. Large boxes and oversized items must be disposed of in designated trash rooms.
