These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. 《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units, and the camera must be functional at all times. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤ A $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 am, as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor.
