The property is 2 King bed, 1 bath , with LVP flooring. The additional features include Brand New Quartz countertops, Stainless Steel kitchen appliances, Washer and Dryer in-unit, along with new Central air unit installed. This is the 3rd floor of a 3 Unit property. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Home is sanitized following guidelines. All brand new smart TV’s. FREE WIFI. You will find all the necessary dishware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. Guests will have full access to the unit. You can come and go as you like. You can park on either side of the road relatively close to the property and there is always parking available.
