Welcome to the Thena Hotel in Center City Philadelphia. Just steps from the Kimmel Center and City Hall, we are right where you need to be while visiting Philly.



There are 9 units inside our beautifully designed completely renovated staff-less hotel. Enter into the subway tiled entryway with local art work hanging throughout.



Unit #1 is a one bedroom that is located on the 1st floor and has 12 foot vaulted ceilings and stunning chandeliers.

Lovely spot!

Nice, clean apartment in a great neighborhood. Communication was excellent. Checkin/out was a breeze. 3 things that the apartment didn’t have that I feel should be standard in any short-term rental: hangers, a full-length mirror, wash cloths. They offered body wash, but no wash cloths. None of these was enough to spoil my opinion of the place. We really enjoyed it.

Wonderful place in downtown Philly. It had all of the amenities and central walking distance to eateries and entertainment. Host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The property was awesome. Great location, interior, and appliances. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable and the pull out couch was as well. My only complaint was the communication. I was so eager to give this place 5 stars until no one responded to me when I reached out. I had to call and text multiple times to get a response. Other than that the place was great!

The perfect location

We loved our accommodations! The property was in a great neighborhood with everything we needed nearby. It's near public transportation and walking distance to great restaurants. Our suite was spotless and had ample space for the two of us. We loved it and would stay there again!
