Great hotel poor service
So the hotel itself is nice, Industrial Chic and very clean no issues. The staff however were useless! They were not exactly welcoming on check in and then we ordered a mini bus to go to the airport as there were 6 of us and lots of bags and they got us a car for 4 people... We had to wait another 20 mins for the mini bus.

Amazing pool and perfect location
The location was great for access to Phuket Old Town where there are plenty of shops and places to eat authentic Thai food. Slightly further away from the coast so a taxi is needed to get to the beach. However the pool is amazing with stunning views of the town. The room was cleaned daily and stocked with water and some snacks which was a bonus.

wow what a lovely hotel!! from the first moment we arrived until the minute we left we felt properly looked after by all staff in this hotel, thanks! The hotel is so modern and stylish, with everything in a room you need. Huge big windows in the room which made it that touch nicer. Amazing rooftop pool too on the roof, which we couldn't get enough of!! Only 4 sun beds though if you want to sun bathe. Close enough to monkey hill to walk to it too, we did this twice! If we were to come back to Phuket we would definitely stay here again!

Great option for the price. Would stay here again!
Nice, clean room. Bed was comfortable. Lots of dining options close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Can’t beat it for the price! And the pool was nice too.

Beautiful rooftop pool, everything about this hotel is super modern. Softer beds than any of the other 3 places I’ve stayed at in Thailand, plus the best shower. Highly recommend this place!

Great value! Love this hotel.
Very large bed. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is pretty new I think. The only downside we found was the water in the swimming pool on the roof was kind of dirty and it is quite small. But this is a minor to us, we still enjoy our stay.

I really like the building it self very clean and very modern and excellent price . It was very cozy and yet very artsy looking . The view from 7 th floor where the swimming pool area is was beautiful one of my fav views .

A little ways from Patong Beach but they offer shuttles for 50 baht from 6am-6pm. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the pool is nice.

The Eco Loft is a new modern hotel. Very nice and clean. Excellent view from the pool. It does include breakfast but it is only bread and mini muffins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location in Phuket Town. Minimal industrial look with wood finishing, good shower and toilet, spacious room. Decent pool on rooftop. All in all, a great option for the price they are charging. They can arrange motorbikes and taxi as well for you if needed.

I don’t usually write reviews, simply because I think most reviews can be far too subjective and or not completely accurate. So here goes: This hotel is kind of hidden.. the street it’s on is off the main road. The lobby is aesthetically pleasing and well put together. Who every designed this place was a genius. It’s industrial with very clean simple lines. Upon arrival the staff was eagerly awaiting my arrival, I was quickly checked in and welcomed with some refreshing cold bottled water. A small deposit is required for the room key. I take the elevator to my room and WOW! You have to plans you’d let card in the wall to activate the lights and control the ac (great feature for those who lose their room keys) The room is very spacious, the bed linens are crisp and clean and the room has “the new car smell” (probably because this place just recently opened) the bathroom and shower are closed off while the vanity sink is in the entry way. The water pressure and water predate was beyond my expectations. There is a small safe and a small fridge as well as an area to hang your clothing. Aside from the beds and 2 minimal nightstand, there is no furniture or draw space in the room. The room has its own ac which you can control a big plus, because it does get hot in Thailand. There’s a concrete like bench where you can sit of place your suitcase for easy access. The window has a black out curtain which helps with the temperature and darkens the room for mid day naps.
