'The hotel has kept the elegance of old days. We liked the atmosphere of it. We had a fine, comfortable room. Breakfast was good and lots to choose but we missed some bacon en scrambled eggs. We had a litte discussion about taking a some cutlery to our room: one days it was no problem, the next day we were told it was. We would like two glasses in stead of two plastic cups. I think this pollicy could be better.'

'I travelled a lot and left very few review so far. But, this time is necessary. We found the leftover bread rotten in the kitchen when checked in...that could happen... We claimed but the manager and staff did not say or mention a "sorry"...instead, the cleaning staff said back to me "impossible and i dont know who brought it in." Shocking (No cleaning...crumbles on the sofa...sands in the shower box...toy lids on the floor...spyder on the ceiling...) finally settled with the hotel. But ruined...

'Verblijf van 1 nacht door ryanairstaking. Goede verbinding met Venetië op 5 min van hotel: lijn 2 12 min. Mestre centrum op wandelafstand. Gezellige stadskern met mooie terrassen restaurants winkels en minder duur/druk. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Hebben ontbijt voorzien toen we zeer vroeg moesten vertrekken.
