'Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast food, eggs, sausage were gross'

'Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review.'

'You would be better off sleeping in your car in a public park than visiting this facility between the giant potholes in the parking lot, lack of air conditioning in the lobby, the roaches, the unwashed sheets, the kicked in doors. The stained carpets in the hallways. The holes that are poorly patched on the walls, the chirping smoke detectors.\n The sketchy environment.'

'The place is doable for a QUICK stay as far as like maybe a night or so I don't feel like it was what I expected from the pictures I seen but I also could have further researched as well. The free breakfast is ok but not many options give . The eggs are frozen. Staff that I interacted with was kind and helpful. Overall thanks for the stay uncertain if I would book again.'

'The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. '

'Found 1 dead roach under the table, 1 trying to escape the tub. The pool was closed and looked terrible. Funny smell in the halls. The. Jacuzzi look like it had cigarette burns on it and not well maintained. The AC struggled and the room. Was fairly warm. The front staff seemed nice enough. The public restroom had a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The urinal was leaking. Gives me the impression there's no maintenance to the buildings.'

'We have stayed there twice. I have three young children. It’s perfect for family accommodations.'

'Had a one night stay for a flag football tournament. It was clean, close to plenty of places, breakfast was good and staff was very kind. Pool was small, but the kids had fun regardless.'

'I left my AirPods in my room and they were stolen by the housekeeping staff. Even after turning on protections where they could not use the AirPods, the staff yet still did not return the AirPods to the hotel. Very frustrating. Management was helpful in helping to retrieve but very frustrating to not be able to trust staff.'

'Bedsheets were not attached the mattress rethink. They’re trying to put clean sheets on the king bed had to switch rooms.'
