'The hotel building is very beautiful as it is decorated with Talavera in a colonial style. It has elevator which was very helpful because with people on wheelchair. The people was very helpful and provided us all the attention to have a great stay in Puebla. Totally recommended! '

'Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us. Mexican Harvest restaurant in the hotel was good as well and definitely have a meal at the Santóua Gastrobar a block away.'

'The hotel is an older property but it’s been maintained and is absolutely beautiful!! The decor is unique and great for pictures. The rooftop is nice but a bit cramped but again great for pics. Its centrallly located and I’d stay there again for a night or two but not longer.'
