Bed were comfortable and pillows were great. Found the lobby and elevator too scented, which was a little overpowering, but other than that, everything was perfect. 'Not a long walk to downtown (although I am an avid walker). The hotel isn’t modern by any means but the staff have always been kind, attentive and professional. The rooms are clean and everything works. Wifi is good. There’s no view and some traffic noise, but it is convenient to arrive at from the ferry—for those wanting a downtown Victoria experience. '

However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '
