I enjoyed our stay. It is an older property so I already had my expectations in order. The room was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located to everything so you can park and walk the strip. Didn't care for the 5 dollar charge that I had to pay the required deposit with a card, but it still didn't ruin my experience.

Staff was horrible. Constantly going into your room and through your belongings when you leave! Manager wouldnt even speak to us about the issue. Make faulty issues on you in order to charge extra fees! A sham and I will not be back!! Way too many others better PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES in the area to bother with this filthy unprofessional hotel

Actually, no one went through your room. They went in and done stayover service as they are supposed to do. If you do not put a DND on the door, then they will go in to do service. You did not want no one in the room because you had marijuana in the room. You were asked to leave the property because of this. Good luck in your future endeavors.

There was not a restaurant on the premises. However, the manahement was kind enough to offer vouchers for next door where for $6 I could receive a pancake breakfast or upgrade to receive a full breakfast buffet for only $6. I didn't realize the phone port was on the underside of the side bed table (had to ask mgmt). Staff was very nice. Location was very convenient and safe and quiet. Definitely overall rating was great! This was my birthday celebration!! 🤗🤗🤗😊

The staff were excellent. The lady who checked me in, I believe her name was Brittany, made the experience as simple as possible. She was pleasent and efficient, checking in myself and another customer at the same time. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The minifridge and microwave in the room were helpful. Our adjoining rooms made it easy for the seven of us to discuss our plans for the next day. The breakfast provided at Reagan's House of Pancakes next door to the hotel was sufficient with the option to upgrade to a buffet at a minimal fee. It was well worth the money. Being able to walk to breakfast is convenient. The only concern is the entrance and parking. I realize they can't change it, but I thought others would appreciate the advance notice. If you are in a larger vehicle, or there are larger vehicles parked near the entrance, it could be a tight squeeze. My husband navigated it in our Chevy Traverse with caution and had no problems. There is plenty of parking farther into lot. Overall, it was a good experience, and we plan to return to this hotel again in the near future.

I gave it three stars because of it being pet friendly. If not it would have got two stars. I booked through Expedia. But I was charged an additional $5 service fee for whatever when I checked in. They will not let you check in before 3:00 unless you pay $25 even though you have to check out at 5:00. Rooms need updating and repair. Outside of building look good. The price was good but you get what you pay for.

We grabbed this room at the very last minute as a quick place to crash on a long drive across the country one night. Needed a room that would accommodate five on a very tight budget; this fit the bill with a pullout couch in addition to two queen beds. The room appeared clean on our arrival, however, the bathroom smelled horribly of mildew (from the shower curtain presumably), and the mattress cover on the pullout as well as the extra blanket provided had minor stains. The pullout also had extremely squeaky bed springs. That being said, the night desk clerk was wonderful as was the day desk clerk who graciously took my call to let the incoming night clerk know we would be arriving extremely late. The room did come with a voucher for a free pancake breakfast next door, but we opted out when we saw the crowd at the front door waiting to be seated/served just 30 minutes before the voucher expired. All in all, the room was adequate for our needs, we were comfortable staying there the one night, and we got what we paid for.

Pictures showed a coffee table I thought would be great for having an extra work surface - there wasn't one. I did like the high speed wifi, which would have been great if there had been enough space to use it. The large screen TV was smaller than my one in my bedroom at home and half the channels did not work - oddly, the ones we prefer like MSNBC. The shower was more like a sprinkle. And all the rules were just a little much - kind of made me feel the place wants my money but not my business.
