The staff were excellent. The lady who checked me in, I believe her name was Brittany, made the experience as simple as possible. She was pleasent and efficient, checking in myself and another customer at the same time.
The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The minifridge and microwave in the room were helpful. Our adjoining rooms made it easy for the seven of us to discuss our plans for the next day.
The breakfast provided at Reagan's House of Pancakes next door to the hotel was sufficient with the option to upgrade to a buffet at a minimal fee. It was well worth the money. Being able to walk to breakfast is convenient.
The only concern is the entrance and parking. I realize they can't change it, but I thought others would appreciate the advance notice. If you are in a larger vehicle, or there are larger vehicles parked near the entrance, it could be a tight squeeze. My husband navigated it in our Chevy Traverse with caution and had no problems. There is plenty of parking farther into lot.
Overall, it was a good experience, and we plan to return to this hotel again in the near future.
