'I went to do excursions came back left some money in my pocket when I went to go look for it the money was gone'

'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'Our stay at Royalton Saint Lucia was disappointing. The waitstaff, bartenders, and spa staff were lovely, and Taya, Josann, Kareen, and Tracy deserve special recognition. The spa staff thoughtfully acknowledged my birthday. Unfortunately, management and guest services were often rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We were promised a move to a king room at 10:30 the next morning. At noon, it still wasn’t ready, and my follow-up was met with attitude. We were instructed to vacate our original room...

'Perfecte locatie, strand, restaurants en openbaar vervoer op wandelafstand'

'Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. This is not a high end resort, but you get good value for your money. Restaurant is pricey if you are not using an all inclusive package. Breakfast buffet had limited options, but enough to get you through the morning.'

'It s good'

'We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles.'

'Wasn't the best of places , didnt like the size of my room and there was little to no amenities'

'Everything was excellent'

'We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The food was very good, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms initially because our first room did not have a refrigerator, but the issue was addressed. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even better. Be prepared to walk up and down hills. They however shuttles with a wait if there is not...

'Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.'

'It was great thanks '

'price quality balance is far far off'

'My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

'The property is currently being renovated, many empty rooms/suites because of this but it's AWESOME! Sharing such a large gorgeous space with so few people was amazing, I booked 2 extra nights because of how quiet & peaceful it was there. The value is undeniable. Staff is friendly & helpful. There was definitely rowdy behavior in the common areas on the weekend but if you don't expect that now in the Caribbean idk what to tell you. It's the perfect balance!'
