'The room was clean. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool looked dirty and neglected. The restrooms by the front desk needed attention. '

'The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby. The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft. The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but...

'Roaches. Staff absent most of the time, which is bizarre given they can see you at the counter when they are in the back talking on the phones.'

'The room was OK but not great for the price. Extra daily “amenity” charges by the property were a surprise. We needed to leave a day early and the property wasn’t very helpful. They said I had to work with Expedia and Expedia said I had to work with the property to cancel the last day of my stay. In the end, it was too much hassle and I just paid the extra day. Not a great experience with either Expedia or the property.'
