'The check in was to get the key out of the lockbox and use the one on the counter. There wasn't one. Immediately the a/c worked downstairs but no air upstairs. Reached out to the host to let them know there was a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom. No one came out. But kept telling us they would. Bugs every where. That location should be taken down. 'What a great house to spend time in a quiet neighborhood relaxing. We had all we needed and plenty of extras so we didn’t have to buy paper products or spices. The house was so clean and the checkout process was very easy. Communication was excellent and responses were quickly received. No problems at all and we would so stay here again.'

'This home is exactly as described and pictured and worked out perfectly for 4 adults and two kids and a dog to stay in. The home is continently split into two halves, with the queen room and twin rooms on one side with a bathroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The owner is extremely responsive and immediately handled a minor situation that came up. This is a great place to stay and well appointed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. '
