'There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...

'very clean and nice a little quirky back room and the floor in the kitchen! been nice to have a fence in yard since it is on a main street, but we made do. We went to a close park and a rail trail which was close walking distance and got out to exercise the dog and grandkids! Grandson loved the toy story theme room! Host was easy to stay in touch with!
