'The place is very lovely and large enough for our group of 7. The host was responsive and the kitchen had everything we needed for making dinner and the dishwasher was good. '

'My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

'Fantastic stay. 5 nice, clean rooms. Love that the host is so responsive. We asked about outdoor seating cushions and they very quickly responded and got them to us. Love the location and proximity to Twain Harte. We walked to town every day and it was beautiful. We will likely book this stay again. '

'We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction.
