'The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Kitchen wasn't stocked all that well, unit was cleaned ok but the floors(laminate) hadn't been mopped in a long time. They were very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice, but they didn't have much staff on hand. Building is made of wood, so you hear people walking if there is a room above you. Wore ear plugs at night and that was fine. Close to the highway, so convenient that way. Would stay again if the place was cleaner. '

'House keeping was supposed to come 3 times during our 1week stay. We had to request towels, hand towels & washcloths 2 times due to housekeeping NOT coming. We were out all day for all 7 days so housekeeping should have had NO problem '

Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'

'The hotel was pretty nice, but the pool/outside area isn't the greatest and all you hear is traffic. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are comfortable. Check in was REALLY at the time they tell you - 4 p.m. and no earlier. Our room AC was not working and we did get a person to come fix it just a few minutes after calling. There was some leftover food particles in the microwave which was rather gross. The hotel charges $10 a night for parking which is a joke, considering they are not a...
