'Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed.'

'El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.'

'Uns hat das Haus es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber wenn man Ruhe sucht und sich abseits vom Tubel erholen möchte, ist es genau das Richtige. Zumal es auch reichlich nahe gelegen Wanderwege gibt. Sehr gut ist auch der Service, wir haben uns aus Versehen mal ausgesperrt, und der Verwalter kam sehr zügig mit einem Zweitschlüssel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief auch sehr gut.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in such a cosy scenic environment. The house was really convenient as there were three rooms almost in different buildings for all of us with thick walls apart and we all had total privacy. Beautiful mountains around and also very private place away from the crowds and noice. Really recommended . Thank you 🙏'

'Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. 'Wij hebben 2 weken een heerlijk en rustig verblijf gehad. Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is aan alles gedacht. Van sinasappel-pers tot koffiemachine, je komt niets te kort. We hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Een mooie tuin en een prachtige uitzicht over de bergen. De ligging is perfect. In de buurt zijn allerlei voorzieningen, en enigszins verwijderd van de massatoerisme aan de kust. Het was een zeer geschikte uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige wandelingen die wij gemaakt hebben. "Het hotel ligt perfect gelegen dicht bij het strand, supermarkten en restaurants. Wij verbleven in de studio op de gelijkvloers die er exact uit ziet als op de foto's. Dit was de ideale plek met een baby. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Enkele minpuntjes: - de douche was niets waard. De kop slingerde maar wat aan de muur en de temperatuur was niet in te stellen. Van heet naar koud - het lawaai die startte s'avonds van het personeel die de poetskarren voorbereidde. Dit gebeurde met een oude winkelkar, wetende dat heel het hotel niet effen ligt. Zowel s'avonds, als overdag heel veel geluidsoverlast in de studio. Zonder kinderen vormt dit minder een probleem, maar met een baby is dit allesbehalve ideaal. - het zwembad had ijskoud en de matrasjes op de ligbedden waren onhygiënisch Misschien iets te prijzig voor wat het is maar de ligging is alles."

"We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. No technician seen the next day so the concierge came to have a look. Apearantly the TV's hdmi wasn't working, so I asked her if we could try another TV, maybe another room. She was fully booked, which I understand, but the next day there would be people leaving so they would get back to that. Never spoke 1 word about it. "
