Scott was very welcoming and the portion of the home I had was clean, well organized and all faculties were high quality and worked as expected. If you're looking for an entire home, this is not that, but a private entrance, bedroom, bath and laundry room are available. I enjoyed my stay!'

'Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. A full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a lovely patio is part of each cottage. Within walking distance are a park, a beach, a small grocery store, several restaurants and shops, and a laundromat.
