Please note the pool, gym, lounge and garden are communal areas shared with the rest of the building; they are not private to the unit.



Guest Access:

Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive on your own schedule within the established check-in hours. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but our team is available by message throughout your stay for anything you need.



The building has an elevator and step-free access from the entrance, plus secure underground parking.

Ceiba 25 sits in Playa del Carmen's Golden Zone, just steps from the iconic Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) and its cafes, restaurants, boutiques, galleries and nightlife.

Nearby: Cozumel ferry, Xcaret, Xplor and Xel-Ha parks, Cenotes, Tulum ruins and Akumal are all easy day trips along the Riviera Maya.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy:

- Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 50-minute drive

- Taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are available steps from the building

- Most of Fifth Avenue, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance

- Secure underground parking on site if you rent a car

Other Things to Note:

Guest registration: before arrival we will request a clear photo of the official ID of every guest staying at the condo, plus a signature of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize building access and keep good relations with neighbors.



Included: a cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus starter amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and basic essentials. Additional mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available for an extra fee.



Air conditioning: to keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21 C / 70 F.



The pool, gym, lounge and garden are shared building amenities and may have their own schedules set by the condominium.
