GROTE luxe VILLA in het hart van Playa del Carmen.

Downtown is ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen, vakanties met meerdere gezinnen, uitjes, vrijgezellenfeesten en evenementen.

Het heeft vier ruime suites die plaats bieden aan maximaal 17 gasten. Elke suite heeft een eigen badkamer, tv en een eigen terras. Drie van hen hebben een eigen zwembad.

Het dakterras met uitzicht op de oceaan heeft een zwembad, ligbedden, bar, barbecue, eettafel en het beste uitzicht!

U vindt de keuken, eetkamer, tv-kamer, bar en twee patio's om samen met familie en vrienden te verzamelen en te genieten.

The host was easy to work with and the house is easy to find. The villa is amazing - it's a complete house with 4 pools, one on the rooftop deck and three in individual rooms. It's located 1 block from all the craziness and there are tons of great restaurants in the area.

Best Stay in Playa del Carmen

We had an incredible stay at this place and are already planning to come back! We had the pleasure of staying here over New Year’s, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—it was within walking distance to the best restaurants and attractions. The staff were exceptionally kind and always went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, comfortable rooms and beds. Security guard made us feel safe and the location was tremendous. Really not a bad thing to say and especially grateful for all the options (chef, boat, etc) coordinated through Yanet who was great!

21 girl bachelorette trip

Wow! We had the best time staying at downtown villa. Yanet (house concierge) could not have been more helpful answering questions and helping with planning the trip. She booked all of our reservations and had great recommendations for us (transportation from airport, bartenders and the amazing chef Arturo). All of us fit comfortably in beds / air mattresses. It does get loud at night from the clubs so I would suggest earplugs or a sound machine. When we arrived, the house was spotless and she had bridal balloons decorating the living room. It was such a nice surprise! Both security guards were also very attentive and kind and we felt safe at all times. I will be recommending this place to many people!

Perfect Bachelor Spot and Amazing Staff

We stayed at the Villa with 10 friends of +/- 30 YO and it was the perfect place to do so. The Villa is perfectly located in PDC, without the hefty price of Tulum. It is right in the middle of the city and very close to the beach also. The Villa itself is amazing, the staff at the entrance is perfect (thanks to Carlos and Abdel) and Yanet, who help with all the organization was simply perfect. We arrived and we had surprises and decorations to celebrate the bachelor. We've never received any complaints for noise since the villa is located where all the party are at. Everything is perfectly clean, the AC worked well, there was water dispenser with 10L water bottle everywhere and felt in total security. We had four nights and they were all perfect. For the activities, I recommended doing a private boat tour and visiting the Party natural Cenote on Sunday at Buuts'ah. Thanks to all the staff for their help. We will definitely recommend and hopefully come back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This rental is beyond amazing – starting with the views, rooms, security, communication, and location! Yanet was great with communication on WhatsApp – always answered our questions quickly and helped us get set up transportation and vendors. The rooms are spacious and the views from the rooftop are beautiful. We always felt safe especially with a 24/7 security guard at the front door. Lastly, location – the location is what made the trip. Once we were in town, we were able to walk everywhere – to restaurants, bars, markets, beach, etc. Thank you for a great weekend, we look forward to coming back!

Amazing Experience

This is the perfect location for a large group. The security is top notch. Yanet the concierge is a sweetheart and is very helpful. The proximity is so close to the beach and also the best restaurants and bars in Playa. We felt very safe and accommodated the entire stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Two things you should know. There are no elevators so if you are handicapped or have trouble walking stairs then take note. It is also very noisy from the surrounding bars at night. But that is to be expected. I consider the proximity to the nightlife a positive

Downtown Villa + staff were all incredible!

The villa itself is awesome and the staff were very accommodating leading up to and during our weekend stay. We did run into an issue with water pressure during the last night of our stay which ended up getting resolved in the morning, but other than that, no complaints at all. If you like barbecuing they have one if, if not the coolest barbecue that I've ever had the pleasure of using on the top floor of the villa. There's room for a ton of people, my group of 15 had no issues with beds/living arrangements for the weekend. I would highly recommend making sure you and your group are ok with being in a busier night life part of Playa though, as there are a couple of big clubs less than a block away from the villa that will be noisy until ~3-4 AM every night. If your group wants to experience the night life though, I could not recommend a better place. Thank you Downtown Villa!

Downtown FUN!

In the heart of Playa. We walked to restaurants and bars. Loved that my adult children had a one block walk back to villa after evenings at the bar. Always felt safe with security at front door. They were so helpful if we needed anything. If you want to be near the nightlife, this is the place to stay.

Literally the most beautiful space that I have been in ever, the pictures do not do this justice!!! Absolutely stunning! I stayed here for my birthday trip with friends and family and couldn’t have had a better experience. Shout out to Yanet and Daniella for doing an amazing job communicating and helping us through all of our exertions, transportation, eating spots, and more! Wonderful hospitality and great location, right in the heart of everything….food, shops, beach all walking distance. The taco stand down the street literally has the BEST street tacos! Just some helpful tips I learned…. definitely bring pesos (sometimes there is an extra fee for card), be on time for your transportation (they sometimes have other rides in their schedule so make sure to be courteous of their time), not a place for heels ladies bring some cute flats or sneakers, it get’s Hottt so dress accordingly, bring enough cash in pesos for tips, and have the most amazing time by BOOKING this villa immediately, it will not disappoint!

BEST TRIP EVER!!

Me and 11 of my best friends had the most epic weekend staying at this GORGEOUS Downtown Villa!! It was my bachelorette party and I could not have asked for, or imagined, a better weekend! The rooms are all beautiful, the rooftop is so much fun and has a great view, everything was spotless and to top it all off, Maria is the best host I have ever encountered in all my vacation rentals over the years!! She was so kind, incredibly helpful in providing vendors for transportation, private chefs, private boat charters, decorated some of the villa to welcome us in the sweetest way - the works! The villa felt incredibly safe the entirety of the weekend and the security was SO nice! You're legit located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, steps from the beach and are walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, clubs and beach bars. The clubs were a PARTY, the food everywhere was top notch and everyone from the locals, to the servers/bartenders, to our private chef and drivers, were the nicest, most friendly people ever!!! Thank you Maria + Playa Del Carmen, for making this the best trip ever! VIVA MEXICO! :)

Outstanding villa conveniently located in the heart of all the action!

The Villa is a fantastic option, especially for larger groups seeking proximity to the beaches, shopping, dining, and nightlife. The property management team was a simple text away and responded quickly with accurate, helpful insights. The security team was onsite and polite at all times. In fact, we did have an instance wherein two individuals attempted to social engineer their way into the property while we were out of the house enjoying the beach and prevented a possible intrusion, theft, etc. I highly recommend the Downtown Villa with 5 stars!

Perfect Location, Plenty of Space, Wonderful Host

We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday in Playa Del Carmen. We had a group of 10 and the Downtown Villa was absolutely perfect for our stay. Located just one block from the beach and just one block from 5th Ave, it was easily accessible to all the Playa has to offer. The rooms were clean, spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and the rooftop was perfect for hanging out! Kitchen and Bar areas were fully equipped. Before arrival and during our stay, Yanet was very helpful in assisting with dinner reservations, transportation, and excursions. You name it, she was prompt to respond and willing to help. There was even a wonderful surprise for my daughter when we arrived! We arranged breakfast and mimosa with Chef Arturo...the set up was beautiful and the French Toast and Fruit salsa was so delicious! Everyone enjoyed themselves and felt very safe with the 24/7 security. I'm already looking for an opportunity to stay again!

Nothing short of perfect!

Downtown Villa was an absolute perfect stay for my friends and I. The house is simply gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. The location you cannot beat. We never had to rent a taxi for anything (besides a yacht reservation outside of Playa). You are truly in the heart of downtown Playa. Yanet goes above and beyond in all ways to ensure you are all set for the trip. I highly recommend communicating with her prior to your trip. She made everything perfect and helped coordinate shuttles, restaurant reservations and grocery stock. We reserved Chef Miguel and Chef Arturo for two nights and both were spectacular. The food was incredible. Make sure to ask if you can keep the leftovers. The house was great, the downstairs was pretty muggy but that didn’t bother us as the real heart of the house is the rooftop. Perfect mix and of shade and sun and a huge bar to make drinks on with a cool pool. We spent most of the time here. The rooms were all air conditioned and cooled and we never had problems sleeping. Bathrooms are gigantic and rooms have plenty of space. They have tons of air mattresses if needed but with our group of 17, we did not need any. You can reserve housekeeping if you need and we did it for one day mid way through our trip which was so nice. Just try and plan it while you are out. The 24/7 security also made us feel really safe. Our stay was simply perfect and if we ever come back to Playa, this will be our spot.

Perfect House for Large Groups

This location was exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, safe, and right in the heart of the best part of Playa Del Carmen. You do not need to walk more than 2 blocks to enjoy any bar, restaurant, or club you can imagine. It's the perfect house for a large group of friends. Yanet especially was helpful before, during, and after my stay, communicating with me for months before the trip and helping to plan an amazing trip, from choosing bars to private chefs to excursions. I highly recommend this property!
