Must-visit spots nearby include the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall, Playa Constituyentes, Coco Bongo, the Riviera Grand Casino and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Tulum's Jaguar National Park makes an easy day trip.



Getting Around:

The location offers easy access to public and private transportation.



- The main ADO bus station is a short taxi ride away, with direct connections to Cancun, Tulum and Cancun International Airport (CUN).

- The drive to CUN airport is about 45 minutes depending on traffic.

- Taxis and private shuttles are readily available right outside the complex.

- Free street parking is available; paid parking lots are also nearby.



Other Things to Note:

- Good neighbor policy applies. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- No smoking anywhere on the premises.

- Before arrival, we request a photo ID for each guest and signature of the condominium regulations, to comply with building rules.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, small animals). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outdoors.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Extra cleaning or restocking is available for an additional cost.

- For proper A/C function, keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set below 21C.
