    Natz Ti Ha betekent 'aan het water' in het Maya, en beschrijft het appartementencomplex perfect! Dit particuliere appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers is gebouwd in mediterrane stijl en ligt op een steenworp afstand van de oceaan. Het zwembad is fantastisch en er is een dakterras geopend voor alle gasten. Geniet van je margarita terwijl je de lichten van Cozumel aan de horizon ziet twinkelen, of kom samen met je familie en vrienden terwijl je barbecuet vanaf de grill op het dak met zijn fantastische uitzicht.

    Het indrukwekkende landschap rondom Natz Ti Ha Condominiums maakt volledig gebruik van de overvloedige inheemse bloeiende planten. Natuurlijke paden slingeren in de schaduw van palmbomen en leiden naar het grote zwembad van 19 bij 4 meter, waar Condo de Jardin uitkijkt! 'S Nachts markeert strategisch geplaatste verlichting de tuin en het zwembad waardoor het een speciaal intiem gevoel krijgt, meestal niet te vinden in een condominiumomgeving. Stenen watervallen lopen door de tuinen, rust op zijn best!

    Condo de Jardin betekent 'bloemenflat' in het Spaans, en daarom hebben we het juist genoemd. Uniek van de andere appartementen in Natz Ti Ha, Condo de Jardin heeft een overdekte zitruimte buiten genesteld tussen de inheemse planten en bloemen, waardoor u het gevoel heeft in uw eigen tropische tuin te zijn. Bij Condo de Jardin kunt u genieten van de luxe van een particulier appartement, met alle accenten van thuis, gelegen op steenworp afstand van het koele, witte zand van de Caribische Oceaan, maar toch enkele minuten tot de opwinding op 5th avenue ...

Excellent location, peaceful sanctuary.

We spent a month at Natz Ti Ha and really enjoyed it! Close enough to all the fun restaurants on Calle 38 and Avenida La Quinta but far enough away from all the crowds, noise, and hustle bustle. The condo unit is very comfortable with a full kitchen.

Great location. Felt safe and close to all the shopping and restaurants. The condo needs some updated kitchen items. Close to beach but unfortunately the beach was awful. Full of seaweed and limited public space. Smelled bad. You can't see the ocean from the condo.

Great location - Next to 5th Ave, beach and several restaurants

Enjoyed the stay. Gated/secure property with pool, independent apartment, nicely maintained with all amenities. Kids enjoyed pool on site; Right next to beach; Several food options at stones throw; Very safe neighborhood; Grocery store (Selecto Super) couple of blocks away; Large apartment with 2 rooms - 1 kind bed in one and 2 single beds in another; 2 full bathrooms. fully equipped kitchen. added bonus - beach chairs + umbrella etc are available; a mini safe is there as well. Most importantly, Trevor (onsite manager/contact) is very helpful and friendly Will visit/book this property again in our future visit(s).

Spacious and great location

The condo is literally steps away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood at the end of 5th avenue. It’s a very long walk to the Ferry but conveniently located next to several shops and tour bus pick up/drop off spots. The condo grounds are very clean and well kept. The pool is refreshing if you don’t want to deal with crowded beaches or sand everywhere and we enjoyed lounging on the rooftop terrace. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. My only complaint would be that the beds are extremely firm and the master bedroom doesn’t have A/C so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. Overall an awesome property to vacation in and I would consider staying here again.

Everything great at Natz ti Ha

This is a great condo! It starts with the owner, who was great at communicating promptly. The condo (gated) is steps away from the beach, 5th ave., and walking distance to some excellent restaurants. The condo is on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Not to worry—We were greeted by two employees who carried our suitcases to our room. We have been to Playa del Carmen numerous times. This is now our favorite place to stay.

Amazing vacations

Thank you Glenda for the wonderful place. The appartement was clean, well ventilated. Access to wifi was easy and teen enjoyed having access to Netflix for those relaxing moments in the condo. I was happy with all the beach supplies they provided to us. Beach chairs, umbrella and some inflatable toys. I loved sitting in the shaded balcony after a long day at the beach. I could enjoy the tropical trees and the sounds of the birds. The access to the roof top was great for early morning sunrise. People are more than welcoming at the pool. We were close from the beach. There is a beach club close playing loud music, but personally, when I was outside it was making my stay more entertaining. Once in the condo, we don't hear anything. We were also close from the 5th ave but not the crowdest part of this street which make it more enjoyable for use to walk on everyday. Location was perfect for us. It's really well isolated. Big mention to Glenda (the owner) who managed to get us having the condo one day earlier because of my flight mistake. She answered quick to my request made not even a week before our arrival and she made it work for us. She's been fast responding every time i contacted her. Thank you very much ! We had a very nice stay. Condo has all the things you need. Glenda is easy to communicate with. Pool is great. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops to find supplies. 1 block from beautiful beach.

Upon entering the condo we all thought it reflected the area, we loved the homey feel as well of the quaint decor. We did have a fabulous time downtown and at the beach club,where Juan took great care of us, the massages were wonderful at Encanto Beach Club Our second day didn't go as well ... after a long day we came home to a flooded unit, but thanks to our host and property manager we got it handled. But one of the frayed cords in the guest room delivered pretty good shock to one of my guests. I would recommend gfci electrical sockets. Probaly should let the the guests know to only fill washer half full, until it gets replaced. Other than a few small hiccup s we had a wonderful time. The unit and kitchen were stocked well. Just need to get the oven fixed. We loved the residents,except for one grumpy neighbor ..... lol The gardens were lovely, we will be back to Playa for sure.

Amazing location and hospitality

The location of this property is fantastic. We checked in late and still had someone help us with our bags to our room. The community is gated, but the area is very clean and safe. All the restaurants and the main strip are so close to the property. Essentially you can walk everywhere. The larger grocery store for shopping is a bit of a hike. But doable. The property itself was perfect. New showerheads with great water pressure. Kitchen with all the necessities to be able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner! Contact with the owner was top-notch. She was very responsive and it was never hard to get in touch with her. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The Heart of Playa

Nice property in a gaurded and gated community. Inside the gates tropical well kept gardens and large swimming pool. Outside the property, just footsteps to many restaurants and 5th Avenue shopping and Coco Beach. The property was very functional for short or long term stays, well appointed and comfortable. A lovely destination.

Close to the beach!

We had a lovely stay, close to everything in Playa! Great restaurants and 5th Avenue are a short walk away. Glenda's unit is equipped with everything you could possibly want for cooking (although we didn't!) and enjoying the beach (which is right there!) Our group of two couples had plenty of space for all of us hanging out together during the 1-2 rainy mornings during our stay, and all the furniture in the condo is super comfy. We will definitely be back again!

Natz ti Ha is quaint and a perfect location. Unfortunately the weeds Are a deterrent and the construction of condos surrounding It will keep us from returning. We are also unhappy with the locals setting up umbrellas and chairs All along the beach. Playa has grown too much.

Fantastic property in perfect location

We stayed at the condo for 1 week and the unit was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was in a perfect part of town. Close to all the amenities and just far enough for the tranquility we were looking for. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone. Glenda was very helpful with all our needs and provided us with plenty of information about the area, restaurants, and things to do. Would definitely rent again if we go back to Playa.

Just what we were hoping for

Upon arrival, this villa-style condo appeared to be an oasis, with lush palms and tropical plants, water features, cobblestones and the charm of Mexico we had anticipated. The unit was nicely decorated, well-kept, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for 4 adults. The owners thoughtfully provided all the necessary amenities to make a stay there comfortable and relaxing. We did not need to use the AC that much as the ceiling fans and breezes kept the air quite pleasant. There was much information supplied on things to do and places to visit. We overlooked the pool, yet had privacy from the surrounding foliage. The pool area was clean, well-maintained and easily accessed. We had rented a car and were able to mostly park right in front of the stairs to our unit, or very close to it. Staff members were very polite and helpful. We loved that the beach was so close by. As we were there during the Christmas holidays, the beach was somewhat crowded, but the beach clubs that have chairs, food and beverages were very convenient. The location was perfect for walking up and down 5th Avenue, and surrounding blocks, where there is a multitude of shopping and dining options. We never had a problem getting in to restaurants, even during this crowded season. The only restaurant we needed a reservation for was Alux, which is in an actual cave, and worth making a reservation for (not within walking distance). If you are interested in something a little different from a "cookie-cutter" condo or resort experience, Natz ti Ha Condo de Jardin is a wonderful option to consider. You will feel that you are getting a bit more local flavor even though it is a tourist area. And yes, we would stay there again!

Fantastic location and apartment and pool. Close to 5th and the beach.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time in Playa. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we had at home we had here as far as furniture, appliances, kitchen was big and outfitted well. High ceilings and white washed walls with tile floors. No curtains are required here as the palm trees and foliage gave us plenty of privacy. The condo is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5th ave. Great places to eat close to the condo. Found a great deal on a tour we took to Chichen Itza and the Cenote "Il-Kil". Do not miss swimming in the cenote...one of the highlights. The condo owner was easy to deal with and we talked on the phone to confirm the booking which made us fell at ease since we had never been to Mexico before. We all highly recommend Natz Ti Ha. You won't be disappointed.

Again a great trip!

2nd time at Condo de Jardin Natz ti Ha, and again a great trip though short this time. Love that the owners keep the condo updated! Love the location, so close to the beach and having a full kitchen , as we like to cook in. Great fresh fish, prawns from El Pirata up the street, so yes, we do appreciate the kitchen for cooking. If not, so close to 5th, and the restaurant option there. Coming back next year for sure!

2nd Time Around

I rented this condo approximately three years ago and enjoyed it so much that I was happy to be back enjoying the condo and all it had to offer including a full kitchen, wonderful view from the living room over the pool where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and a cocktail before bed at night. The condo is in an excellent location - including the beach where we enjoyed renting the chairs, and massages on the beach, to the close proximity of the dozens of excellent restaurants as well as 5th Avenue. Was happy to see that Chapparo, the mascot dog, was still around and I agree that the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return.

A fantastic place in Playa del Carmen!

We were looking to get away a bit from the city and found just the perfect place! The owners provided us with lots of good information on the area and the condo was so clean, comfortable and close to everything, including the beach! You've done a beautiful job decorating and we felt very much at home there. You have a terrific place and your attention to details for weary travelers were much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home with us... we will be back!
