Nieuwe LAGERE PRIJZEN !!!

Mijn penthouse bevindt zich in Playacar Fase I, de PREMIER-locatie in heel Playa del Carmen, omdat het zich bevindt in een rustige, gesloten wijk met lage dichtheid en privé miljoen dollar landgoederen. Het is 12 minuten lopen van ons complex naar 5th Avenue winkels / restaurants / bars en de veerhaven.

Mijn penthouse heeft uitzicht op miljoenen dollars en je kunt een rots in de oceaan gooien vanaf het balkon! Dit appartement en complex ligt aan het strand. U huurt niet alleen van een eigenaar, maar ook van een erkend reisbureau!

Als het idee van een klein resort aan het strand, een korte wandeling (10 min) op het strand naar de stad om een nieuw restaurant te proberen en een privéchauffeur op de luchthaven van Cancun te begroeten met een ijskoud biertje dat op je wacht, je aanspreekt (in plaats van een groot all-inclusive resort met veel buffetlijnen), zoek dan niet verder, u kunt stoppen met zoeken! Mijn penthouse aan het strand biedt dit alles en meer:

1) 24-uur beveiliging in gated community en op het resortterrein met 2-3 keer de grootte van het strand als andere resorts en het is BOUTIQUE, slechts 50 eenheden in totaal !!!
2) Restaurant, informele grill, swim-up en lobbybars, optioneel all-inclusive plan?
3) Gratis gebruik van fietsen, paddles, kajaks, Hobie Cats, windsurfers, volleybal, jeu de boules, enz.
4) Full-service spa een mooie oceaan fitnesscentrum?
5) Zwembaden en jacuzzi?
6) WiFi beschikbaar in appartement, in het hele resort en zwembad en strand, gratis
7) Thermostaatgestuurde AC- en plafondventilatoren in het hele appartement?
8) Fisherman's Village is een rustig resort in een rustige gated community! Natuurlijk kun je ervoor kiezen om 'in het centrum' te blijven in een nieuwer appartement of all-inclusive, maar vergeet niet je oordoppen in te pakken ... je hoort luide muziek, luidruchtige dronkaards en feestgangers tot in de vroege uurtjes van de ochtend.
9) Gratis parkeren op het terrein is altijd beschikbaar.
10) Onze gated community staat helemaal geen 'verkopers' op het strand toe, dus u kunt ontspannen wetende dat u niet lastig zult vallen om dekens, massages, sieraden, jetskiën, enz. Te kopen alsof u op het strand komt 'in de stad ".
11) Serveerster aan het strand en aan het zwembad! Geen ander appartementencomplex biedt dit.
Vergelijk alles wat u hierboven ontvangt bij Fisherman's Village en de lage prijzen die we nu aanbieden ..... en boek vandaag nog!

BEDDENGOED: King in Master, ofwel twee tweelingen of een SPLIT-KING in de 2e kamer en sectionele slaapbank in de woonkamer. 2. 5 Bths

Fisherman's Village in de privé-gated community van Playacar, direct naast de stad Playa del Carmen. Het is perfect voor twee koppels met een koning en een split-king in de 2e slaapkamer OF een gezin omdat de split king ook twee aparte bedden kan zijn.

Fisherman's Village is een luxe appartementencomplex aan het strand met slechts 55 eenheden in de rustige kustgemeenschap van Playacar, op slechts 10 minuten lopen van Playa del Carmen. Fisherman's Village staat bekend als het mooiste resort / appartementencomplex op het hele schiereiland Yucatan vanwege de elegantie, uitstekende service en resortachtige voorzieningen zoals een full-service restaurant, roomservice, zwembadbar, groot zwembad en een kinderzwembad, watersporten, jacuzzi's voor het complex, een fitnessruimte met airconditioning, spadiensten zoals massage, gezichtsbehandelingen, pedicures en manicures.

Deze unit heeft travertin vloeren, marmeren werkbladen, centrale airconditioning en plafondventilatoren overal. Geloof me niet alleen, lees hieronder mijn eerdere beoordelingen van gasten!

Mijn eenheid in Fisherman's Village is ingericht met handgesneden Mexicaanse meubels, schilderijen van lokale ambachtslieden en zacht katoenen beddengoed met 300 draden. Nieuwe pillowtop-matrassen zijn Sealy posturpedic in alle kamers.

De gehele bovenverdieping is de Master Suite met grote ramen naar de zee. Het onderste niveau beschikt over 2e slaapkamer, bad, keuken, woonkamer, half bad en eetgedeelte en een groot balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad, het strand en de oceaan. 'S Nachts kunt u op een van de balkons van de units staan en de twinkelende lichten van Cozumel over het Caribisch gebied zien.

Een NIEUW kenmerk van Fisherman's Village is een optioneel maaltijdplan. Dit is uw optie die kan worden besloten nadat u bij het complex aankomt en de ene dag wordt gebruikt, maar niet de volgende als u ervoor kiest. Dit omvat twee maaltijden en onbeperkte drankjes inclusief cocktails de hele dag en nacht! Schrijf of bel me voor meer info omdat de prijzen veranderen.

Gratis voor alle gasten in Fisherman's Village zijn de fietsen, kajaks, boogieplanken en snorkelspullen! Het is een fantastische plek voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen.

Playa Del Carmen ligt op slechts 40 minuten ten zuiden van Cancun en biedt hetzelfde poederachtige witte zand en turquoise wateren, geweldige restaurants en winkels - zonder drukte van wilde Spring Break feestgangers en torenhoge hotels. Playa heeft zelfs een bouwhoogtebeperking tot maximaal 3 verdiepingen!

Fisherman's Village ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen langs rustige geplaveide wegen of het strand naar de stad Playa del Carmen. Ook op korte loopafstand vindt u de 18-holesgolfbaan, tennisbanen, de plaatselijke volière en de veerboot die u naar Cozumel brengt. De meeste gasten huren tijdens hun verblijf geen auto, behalve op dagen dat ze andere delen van de Yucatan willen verkennen. Als u van plan bent op het strand te loungen, te winkelen en uit eten te gaan in Playa del Carmen, misschien op een dag de veerboot naar Cozumel te nemen, wilt u misschien niet de hele tijd een auto. We kunnen betrouwbaar luchthavenvervoer van en naar Cancun International naar Fisherman's Village aanbevelen.

Dream Spring Break Trip

Pamela and Gabriel were awesome! Suite was just as advertised. Cannot even begin to describe the view in a way that would do it justice. Hearing the waves from the suite was so relaxing. Beach and pool were both fantastic and not at all crowded. No issue getting chairs. We had a great time exploring the city. Will most certainly be back some day!

Excellent Property for a Wonderful Family Vacation!

I highly recommend this property. There are steps to take to get up to your specific condo, but they are very manageable and the walk to the beach is quite short. You can take a road despite being a gated property to downtown, which is about 1 mile away so it’s quite enjoyable in the morning and there’s many places to get coffee if you want an iced latte, etc. The staff was very kind and the Caesar salad at the restaurant was delicious. There are umbrellas, but wear a lot of sunscreen because they don’t block the sun completely. That would be my only complaint. The pool is nicely sized for the size of property and the Jacuzzi‘s great. I really enjoyed the property size as you never felt overwhelmed with people. We definitely will be back and Pamela, the condo‘s owner, was fantastic with communication, tips, and advice to make everything go smoothly. This is the best VRBO experience I have had and I have rented from many. Finally, the view from the condo was incredible.

Fabulous - I highly recommend.

The entire experience was wonderful. The condo, pool and resort is kept immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and provide impeccable service with great tasting food. The views are just as incredible as shown, which is great if you get a rainy afternoon. I loved just sitting and staring at the Palm trees swaying, turquoise water and ever changing clouds. The beds are very comfortable, great kitchen.We enjoyed the walk into town along the lush boulevard with Mayan ruins and beautiful homes. We felt safe at all times. The massage at the spa, oh yes.We used the recommended driver from the airport and he was great, he took us to the grocery store, then the condo manager took us for a second trip for a small fee and helped us maneuver. We had a heavy rainstorm one night, and noticed a water leak. The condo manager had the roof inspected and repaired within hours of our contacting him. I highly recommend this place.

Out of the way, quiet slide of paradise.

This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property. It is a hidden oasis. There are two restaurants on the property. The main restaurant off the lobby is open for breakfast (until 11!) and dinner, and a poolside, ocean front bar serves in between. Both are absolutely excellent! Far better than we anticipated. The breakfast buffet is incredible. Dinner menus change nightly. We tried it all, including short ribs, fresh lobster grilled tableside, a variety of fresh fish, and so much more. Even our kids loved it! There is no store on property, so for any supplies (coffee, snacks) you have to walk to town, which is about a 10 minute walk through a quiet, luxury neighborhood. Look for the OXXO store and an upscale mall. My one complaint is that the onsite VRBO property manager was MIA. he is slow to respond via WhatsApp and never showed up on property, despite many promises. Make sure you request a water refill, housekeeping, and extra blankets at the beginning of your visit.

Beautiful Condo

Wow! Staying at this beachfront condo was an unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up every day to the sound of waves crashing and the sun rising over the ocean. The condo was impeccably clean and beautiful decorated. The host, Pamela, was incredible attentive, as well as Gabriel , the property manager, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. If you are looking for a slice of paradise, this is it. We can't wait to return and enjoy this little piece of heaven again.

Fantastic Condo-Highly recommend!

This condo is exactly as shown and described, a beautiful, modern and updated space and very comfortable. Pamela is a fantastic hostess--so responsive and we greatly appreciated all her help in planning our trip as we were not familiar with the area. Her manager and cleaner were awesome. We paid for the mid-week clean and it was so worth it--Gabby did such a good job, down to folding our clothes and organizing our charging cords! We hired Gabriel to take us on an excursion and were delighted to find he was an Omaha boy like us--the trip was great and cost significantly less than if we had booked it online. He took us to a little-known cenote which we basically had to ourselves and to swim with turtles in Akumal (that part I would skip in the future--pricey, we only saw 2 turtles and I got very sea sick). At the end of the trip he introduced us to birria at a little hole in the wall local place that he loved and was SO good--we would have never found or thought to try that on our own. He also responded promptly to any texts/questions we had. We walked over to 5th Ave most days and tried several restaurants on Pamela's list--they were all great. The only one we didn't like was the resort restaurant--just not our style. The snack bar was great-wish it was open for dinner. Highly recommend this VRBO! Taxis are more expensive that expected (start at $25 US for a short ride for 5 people) so if you are comfortable, rent a car to save $.

Great time in Playa Del Carmen

We enjoyed the ocean front condo and are hoping to come back soon. The master bedroom is spacious and is upstairs. Our daughter had a spacious bedroom on the main level. Gabe was the property manager and helped us with water and excursions. There were 2.5 bathrooms which was nice as well. The resort is not crowded at all, as resorts down the beach were packed. Beach chairs were super comfy and we had lunch everyday at El Pescador, the beach side restaurant. We ate at restaurants that were recommended and they were all fantastic. No complaints! The only thing that needed attention were the windows overlooking the beach. They really could use a cleaning. Other than that, we loved the Fisherman’s resort and totally felt safe the whole time as it is a gated community.

Great Condo, Great Trip!

First of all the condo was clean, comfortable, and OMG the veiws of the ocean and pool area were fantastic! I've been to this resort before and always am impressed by the staff and the prperty as a whole. The pool, swim up bar, comfy lounge chairs make for a really nice way to spend the day! Fishermans also has Kayaks, bikes, volleyball, and classes available for free. The beachside restaurant is a great, convenient place to get a cold drink and great food that doesn't cost much at all. If all the tranquility is too much to take, the craziness and fun of 5th Avenue is a short 10-15 minute walk through a beautiful tree lined neighborhood. Finally the condo owner Pamela was super nice and had answers for all my questions with very useful recommendations. I'll definately be back!

Pamela the just was perfect. always available and extremely accommodating. her place at fisherman's was perfect for 4(2 couples) fantastic view from the balcony and everything one might need for their stay. twin was an easy walk the condo was in a quiet place with access to more noise if you felt the need. the staff were very friendly and Gabriel ( Pamela's on-site help) went above and beyond to help spoil us. all in all 6 out of 5 stars!

Perfect Vacation!

Absolutely love this property! The ocean is gorgeous, the walk to town is through a beautiful neighborhood, the property has great amenities, and quiet at night. The condo unit had everything we needed, the water service was very convenient. Wonderful trip. Hope to visit again!

Nice property

Everything was good. Disappointed they told us Hobie cat couldn’t be used. That was one of main reasons I chose this property. Food and drinks were very high and maid service more tha advertised on VRBO.

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela’s. From before we even booked she was very helpful and responsive. A very clean quiet beach is just the past very well kept pools. The property staff and condo manager were warm and accommodating. If you like the idea of having your own kitchen and living space and two separate bedrooms, this is a great alternative to a hotel room! And the sunrise from the balcony or beach is well worth getting up for.

Penthouse with a view

Two level condo was roomy and kitchen had a few pans. Property manager helped with our broken water pump. The unit could use a spruce. as some of the lamps had duck tape on them and we were afraid to use them. 10 year old magazines in draw and incomplete games. The complex was nice and staff helpful. There was a seweed issue called sarcasm on the beach so it smelled of sulfur. We are at the restaurant once and it was good.

This is a nice property with good restaurants and amazing staff. Penthouse was big and clean with gorgeous views of the ocean. Lots of room for us 5 family members. Kitchen has everything you need. No elevator but once up the stairs its worth the views! Marcello always helped with luggage and taxis. Jesus and Emilia were good fun ambassadors with fun activities to do while in the pool or beach. Miguel was a great transport to and from the condo and even stopped at walmart for us to pick up groceries for the condo. Owner is nice and responsive. Property manager is kind also. Highly recommended for a private stay at PDC. Beach is beautiful!!!
