'Hot shower, cold AC, with smiling staff and wonderful, tasty and reasonably priced food. There was an unusable amount of rain, even for April. This was my 4th trip and won’t be my last!'

'It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

'Would highly recommend this property! The staff were fantastic, the rooms for clean, and it was lovely being able to order a drink from the pool. There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well'

'No no no!!!!These shameful people.They said property would not be ready until 6pm.They send someone to get me by630.Yhey took CB me to an entirely different location.They said I only need be there for one night until my orringal place was ready. There was no hot water and no AC.I refused to stay,, the ask e for cab.. Because I did not stay at this substitute they then said I could not stayyvbh'

'I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was robbed '

'This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! '
