'It's a nice hotel. Some of the best room I've been in Mexico. Food and service is great. Not crazy about the drinks but it will do fine. The place is beyond dead at night. Generally speaking there is nothing to do there except sitting by the pool, it's a really quiet hotel. '

'Very friendly and top notch staff. Wonderful, well maintained facility, unbeatable panoramic view, nice restaurant. Location can be a little inconvenient (~$10 US taxi each way), but that comes with the view, and the staff is very helpful! Private hot tub on our patio was amazing and worth every dollar. For the price, however, a few things could be improved upon: Pools were rather cold. Bedding and sheets were just OK and pillows were hard. But those are minor things in paradise!'

'The entire hotel was spotless. Great and friendly staff. Provided excellent advice about best places to visit. Food was deliciously prepared with fresh fruit and vegetables from the local farmers. The views from the hotel are amazing. The only problem for us were the excessive amount of stairs since they don’t have an elevator. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I have ever been. 'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'

'This was my second time at Indah and it was AMAZING again. The pools are rarely crowded and have stunning views of the ocean and whales. The restaurant’s food and drinks were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff was so helpful and kind, especially Gustavo whose attentiveness and service went above and beyond. I will be back for a third stay!'

'The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. Sure the finishes are older and you're basically sleeping outside (lol) but once you’re used to the sounds at night, I always felt safe and slept like a baby!
