'Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. 'Property is kinda old and outdated. Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...

'We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.'

'This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. Complaint made, there is a Kiosko very close by, so...

'We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced.
