'Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. 'Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.'

'We loved our room, the lovely pool and the staff was very helpful! Easy to take uber to/from or for walkers you can take a 10 min hilly walk to the beach and town along a busy road. '

'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'

'The whole facility was lovely. The only niggle was the our room didn't have a door to the toilet, we might be married but there are still some things we like to keep separate lol. Otherwise the location, room, pool area, cleanliness, welcome bottles of water and wine, bedding etc etc were all high quality.'
