'All rooms face the Ocean, view is obscured by other buildings and the Palm Trees. Only complaint I have, the Bar across the Street on the Beach was blaring Hip Hop Music until 1:00 AM. Had to fall asleep with the room thumping from the Bass. '

'Restaurants poor selection and food was not good. Short staffed and twice it took over an hour to get service for breakfast after we were seated, not even a cup of coffee was offered Needs better options for dinner.'

'We've been before and the property is getting tired. Any given evening at least one or two restaurants were not open. Food was ok, nothing special. Especially if you have stayed in real PVR and not an all inclusive. The PVR food scene is insanely good. Disappointed. Our daughter and boyfriend had a great time so that made the trip worth it! '

'We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility '

'Staff was harassing us from the start. We went there for vacation and they constantly pressuring us to attend some events that we were not interested in. At one point a staff member followed us outside of the hotel and asked us where we were going. We don’t feel comfortable going back until her shift was over. '

'I arrived a little before 3 which 3 was check in, room wasn’t ready, the bus boy was the only person that was friendly and helpful.'
