'A beautiful and enchanting hotel. We only stayed there for a short while but it was truly short and sweet. The vibes were especially peaceful, and the neighborhood it was in too. The architecture was jaw droppingly beautiful and unique. A mix of Mexican Boho and classical. We also loved that it was walking distance from the airport. My wife and I walked 15 minutes to get there. We recommend for any length of stay. This place is truly a hidden gem!'

'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '

'Worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. Staff was barely friendly nor really helpful. Food was not that great, besides the morning breakfast buffet. There was a roach in my room the second night, when I complained they tried to tell me that it was normal and they could send housekeeping up to spray. I told them I wanted to change rooms. 'I had an issue with my departure QR code for getting back into the US. The staff helped me get it taken care of online and printed out my completed documents. I everyone was kind and courteous. Will definitely visit their other resorts.'
