'Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!'

'It was very convenient for everything close to a lot of beaches, Walmart, fast foods and restaurants and the breakfast part even that we don't eat there was very nice. Very super clean and friendly staff. However you can hear everything a lot of noises in the evening from others staying there. Very small trash can just one. No even a small tv. We used the same towels the whole stay. No iron for the clothes. No much illumination for my wife make-up. And the pin from inside doesn't work I have to...

'Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities. Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva). Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable. If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day.'

'Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. 'This is a great option for the money! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The only drawback was the amount of mold on the shower curtain and the pillows smelled like mold. I imagaine this is a common issue in humid environments but something to consider when booking. '

'The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. '

'Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. '
