'The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. '

'Beautiful resort with nice clean beaches. The rooms were awesome and recently renovated. The staff at the resort was wonderful and were helpful with every request. If I made the trip back to PR this will be my sat of choice. My only complaints were no guest laundry for those staying that weren’t vacation club members, and the lack of variety from the restaurants. A lot of menus were the same regardless of where you went, so we went out of the resort to get meals at local spots which were...
'This hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! The young beautiful lady Sarivette was always happy and willing to accommodate our needs. She has a lovely personality. The pool was a nice bonus. The manager gave us great recommendations for places to eat and see. I will stay here again hands down. '

'My wife and I loved our stay, The staff was very professional.the resort is beautiful if you want to relax this is the place for you.our room was very spacious.bathroom was huge and clean, shout out to jonathan(hope i got his name right) and paulina amazing bartenders, very professional we didn't have to keep reminding them of our drinks because they already knew.
The pool is 24hours we witch is a plus they also had a swim up bar which we love ( that was from a certain times but every day)...
