'The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. They are building a rooftop patio which...

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'The view is amazing! The rooms are clean. It’s an older hotel. The pool has a crack in the foundation and is not working at all. I got locked out of my room late one afternoon (door knob broke) and had to stay in another room overnight with only the clothes on my back. This was during hurricane Simon and I understood having a locksmith was going to take time. I told hotel people the next day that I had an important meeting and had documents inside my room I would need. The next morning there...
