'Took a minute to figure out how to get the power to come on in room, there is a card reader that you have to insert your room key into in order to have power. AC was weak but we were there in March, would have been very uncomfortable in July/Aug. Pool was great, breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, chilaquiles, cereal yogurt. 'I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel in Sunset Rock Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, the conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. We found cockroaches and crickets inside the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one in a tourist destination like Los Cabos. 'If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. 'This property is secluded with a mini market on location conveninet for guests to buy many things and also the property has Gym, pickle ball court, tennis court. If anything i have to complain than i would say that they need to add pool activities for both kids and adults.'
