'The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. Unfortunately the facilities are not, as described in the ad, nor in the customer comments, the rooms are from a lower quality hotel, the same as the pools, if it were not for the staff who work there they would have closed a long time ago.'

'This is a gorgeous property but not as all inclusive as you'd think for the price.They try to get you to a timeshare meeting when you arrive but they aren't too pushy. Then, as you go, you find out there are a lot of "yes, buts". For example, we asked a bartender if we could take a bottle of wine back to our room with us and he said yes just call room service. So we did and they said the limit was 2 glasses and it would be a 45 minute wait. The staff were friendly but you had to pay mucho out of...

'We stayed four days in April 2026. The property is wonderful, with an extensive beach, great pool and wonderful staff. The restaurant is very good, lots of variety and lots of food. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and a good menu. Our room was clean and the Air Conditioning was good. The hounds are extensive, trees, shrubs and Howler monkey in the trees. Would stay there again. '

'Aging but good resort'

'Lovely quiet resort, beach ok but not amazing. Reasonable range of activities but not extensive. Our biggest issue was the lack of shade around the pools'

'Staff was great beds were ok. You could see people walking by through the crack in the door. You had to lock yourself in the room with the key. Food was not very good. Same thing every day. Only about 5 options. Facility needs a lot of upkeep. Drink options were limited. The hills were super steep. Not recommended unless you are fit. They did have a pickup that would take you around if it didn't already have 3 people in it.'

'Geweldig hotel direct aan het strand. Het strand zelf is rustig en de zee heeft een heerlijke temperatuur. Er komen zelf apen over het terrein 🐒 Ruime kamer met een goede badkamer en een goede douche. Restaurant is ook goed. Zeker een aanrader!'

'Eric was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean and high tech, with a great AC unit. The walk to the beautiful beach takes 3 minutes, but there's a ditch crossing along the way that might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.'

'Amazing resort! Staff was super attentive, friendly and really went out of their way to make a memorable trip! The restaurants were all exceptional too. '

'Accomodatie ligt vlakbij het strand, mooie tuin met patio en zwembad! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamers waren schoon en de bedden waren goed! Ik raad deze accomodatie aan!'

'Prachtige locatie. 50 minuten vanaf vliegveld Liberia met taxi.Hotel erg prijzig.. Ongeschikt indien slecht ter been. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts . Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand. Prachtige golfbaan vlakbij...

'Beautiful rooms and views'

'Best small pool ever met in motels. Kitchen is equipted not bad, but not enough plates and chef knifes, no bottles opener. Parking is convenient. Overall good place, grocery store is beside. '

'This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.'

'Great location! But apart from the location, the experience of the hotel doesn’t match the premium price it charges. We don’t recommend it and won’t go back.'

'We were very pleased with the property itself and the staff. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice having coffee or tea available during the day. The only issue was the noise from traffic while we were outside by the pool. I didn't realize the hotel was on a busy road when I booked it.'

'Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex. '
