'Todo al 100'

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Professional, super clean, well equipped, comfortable and with lovely staff. Every single one of our needs and wishes were granted. In a great area of Guadalajara. We will certainly return and highly recommend!'

'When you reserve a room, at check in , they give u another, if u order one bed room, they give u 2 bed room and they don’t give u any other choise but take it'

'✨'

'Great hotel'

'There was a miscommunication at check in but they solve the problem . I'd like to point out the esseptional work ethics and honesty of the cleaning lady Karina. I left some valuables on the countertop by mistake and went out, I was worried about the valuables and when I came back to the room every thing was intact and the room very clean Hope ownership will recognize her hard work and compensate her accordingly.'
