Only comment, in the main room of the 3-room family suite located at the North east extreme of the main house, internet signal was really bad. probably the only spot in the hotel with bad internet. but somewhat annoying nevertheless. All the rest was simply great. just fix that and. '

'This hotel is lovely. The common areas are beautiful, the spa and indoor pool inviting. The rooms need a little updating but they are spacious and clean. The food was very good in the lovely restaurant, and all the staff very helpful. Yes, the hotel is out of the way and the unpaved road not the best, especially after a rain shower, but I will definitely return and spend more time here.'

'I cannot say enough positive things about my stay. I was treated so kindly by everyone there. It was so convenient to and from the airport. They went above and beyond helping me check in for another flight online, since the site was in Spanish and I could not do it alone. Planning to stay there again as I work my way back up South America from Ushuaia. '

"Rundown rooms, terrible breakfast. They had no boiled eggs and the omelets were made in an old pan that left black stuff on my egg... Rundown hotel room doors. The only thing OK is the pool area but overall it's just older Americans that prefer everything American while abroad. Step up Hilton! Time for a renovation of all the rooms"

The rooms are fine and the shower is great! The breakfast is simple and basic. Furthermore, this hotel could do with a makeover. For example, I personally find the breakfast room bare and uninviting. And the red carpets on the stairs were replaced years ago. And the open spaces on the floors look a bit empty and not very flourishing. The staff is friendly, but the hotel does not have the service of collecting luggage etcetera.. The staff is very friendly.."
"In- en uitchecken zeer onpersoonlijk. Het is nog net niet: hier is je sleutel en nou wegwezen. Ik had een junior suite maar meer dan een extra kale grote gang sloeg dat nergens op. Bed was prima, kussens waren te dik/hoog, andere hadden ze niet. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed, doch weer onpersoonlijk. En in de kelder. Het is absoluut geen 5 sterrenhotel, ze hebben wat boxen afgetikt om dat te zijn maar het is eerder 4. Op de kamer veel herrie van generatoren, geen idee waarvan. Locatie achter Playa Mayor is prima. Wifi is in orde. Persoonlijk zou ik er niet nogmaals heengaan."

Je loopt vanaf het hotel binnen een paar minuten naar de winkelstraat met genoeg opties voor shoppen, eten of te relaxen. Er zijn verschillende supermarkten in de straat en anders genoeg te vinden in de hoofdstraat. Er is geen zwembad maar wel heel leuk de optie om de jacuzzi te reserveren met dakterras. Als je van zon houd en even wil relaxen dan is de tip om dit te reserveren tussen 1600/1900 dan heb je zon op het dakterras. "

Personeel ontzettend hulpvaardig en vriendelijk, geven info over goede restaurants in de buurt, regelen een taxi, stallen je koffers, niets was teveel. Ontbijt was ook meer dan prima, lekker uitgebreid en altijd voldoende zitruimte in het restaurant. Locatie is ook top, heel veel op loopafstand, bus voor de deur en metro op 5 minuten lopen.
