'Incompetent personnel at guest services/check-in. Blatant lies about hotel policies - when called out for it, person in front cited, "there's more fine print." Either train the employees better or find someone who can make decisions, use common sense, and hopefully put 2 and 2 together. Overall, the property looks nice but don't be fooled.
