'Great hotel '

'Fijn hotel op top locatie. Dichtbij metro, 9/11 memorial, Battery park, Brooklyn Bridge. Allemaal op loopafstand. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone hanndoeken en gratis flesjes water (kan ook anders in NY 😃) We hadden een kamer op hoge verdieping (24e) en dan hoor je niets van het lawaai van stad en verkeer. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Enige minpuntje zijn de smalle Queensize bedden. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 3/4 personen, alleen de bedden echt te smal. '

'I really enjoyed my stay here at the merchant. Such a great location with an amazing view. Check in and check out were a breeze. I loved how clean the bathrooms were and the room itself. Andrea really made everything so easy for our stay anytime I needed something she was there. Super polite staff and had a nice small cafe in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back for that Empire State Building view '

'Spacious room with a king size bed with 6 pillows. Espresso machine in the room and a kettle. Hot water!! A hotel in NY that you do not have to wait 10 mints for hot water on the 14 floor! No outside noise! '

'Everything was good. Staff was super friendly. Chinatown, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church are all 10-20 min walk from the hotel. Pier 11 is a 3 min walk from hotel. You can catch the ferry there to go to Dumbo & Brooklyn bridge. Subway station to go to Times Square is a 5 min walk. Also many food options around the hotel. Would stay here again! '

'The room was small, but we knew before booking the accommodation. But we were in New York City, so the only moment we were in the room was for sleeping and when we were wet because of the rain. Multiple metro entrances are nearby, so it is easy to get somewhere. Sometimes there was someone at the reception desk, all the time amiable. It was nice that we could fill our water bottles in the cellar and we could take a coffee filter in the cellar to create a good cup of coffee in the morning. The...

'Net hotel. Centraal gelegen in Manhattan. Door de hoeveelheid etages en kamers was het soms wel wachten op een lift. Ook bij het ontbijt is het zoeken naar een plekje. Maar voor de rest een prima hotel'

'Dichtbij de subway en leuke koffietentjes= ideale locatie voor ons. Kamers zijn niet al te groot. Heel de dag door kan je bij de receptie flesjes water gratis pakken. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de 19e verdieping zit een dakterras.'
