'I have mixed feelings about this place.On the positive side, the price is unbeatable. The flat is also large—we were eight people and had plenty of space. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great as well, about 20 minutes from Times Square by bus. 'Bon emplacement pour se rendre à New York. À 15 min de marche du métro Newport. À côté des commodités : épicerie, pharmacie, Liquor store, magasin 5 et moins. Très bien pour 7 personnes. Sofa lit peu confortable pour dormir. Le reste était super pour se loger. Le nessaire et plus était la! Tout fonctionnait très bien. Facile à communiquer avec le propriétaire et facile pour l’arrivée et le départ. Stationnement un peu difficile car c’est dans les rues. Il n’y a pas de stationnement privé.'
