There was an issue with the listing that stated a balcony was at the location. It was not an issue with us but I reported this and it was removed in an hour. Thank you. I also mentioned adding something about multiple steps for older renters or renters with bad knees, like us, and they said they would look at updating this for their customers. 'I truly enjoyed this artsy, eclectic, chill, VRBO rental. Check-in and communication with the owner was very prompt, professional and friendly. He checked to make sure our stay was to our expectations. Owner is a very genuine person to work with. Welcome snacks were readily available on the kitchen counter. The Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The Beds and linen are very comfortable for a good nights sleep. This VRBO rental is EXACTLY as pictured-with other perks within and VERY clean....

'The host was very welcoming and helpful, but the apartament was quite dirty and we had to request the cleaning crew to come back. Towels had stains, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the microwave was greasy and dirty inside, etc.'
