'This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am.'

'Our stay was below expectations. The property was dusty throughout, and the living room sofa was visibly unclean. The listing also failed to disclose that the unit required climbing two flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult with carry-on luggage and two senior travelers.The floors, kitchen island, and bathroom were dusty upon arrival, making it seem the property had not been properly cleaned. There were several maintenance issues, including a loose toilet seat lid, an old and sticky...

'The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York.
One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests.
That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Host has been very unreasonable and unresponsive. The host stole my money after I brought to his attention that I walked into an infestation. The property was not clean and the host refused to give me a refund to a place I did not stay at at all. There were bugs everywhere. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It may look decent in the photos, but once you get there it’s filthy and infested with bugs'

'This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...
