'Very nice property, had a great stay '

'Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. I'd stay here again because of the views and comfort! The property manager was absolutely awesome, he stayed...

'This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...

'The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Het contact met Peter verliep heel prettig en het appartement was erg mooi en schoon. Een hele mooie uitvalsbasis om New York te bezoeken. We hebben genoten. Ook de voorzieningen in New Jersey (winkel, restaurant en markt) waren prima. Fantastisch verblijf gehad en we bevelen deze accommodatie zeker aan.'
