'Nice hot tub, Room was good, but reported to front desk the offered services on the TV were not available . ( internet issue because we could have signed in to the apps) The desk clerk said he was not sure what to do and would make a call and call us back. He never did. Also the pool was without towels except 2 very old , very small hand towels . I informed the desk'
