Additional Guest Fees after booking:
Please note that in order enter the gated community, Arrowhead charges additional rental fees. This grants you temporary membership and allows you to take advantage of all the amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer.

Please ensure you have the correct number of guests listed under your reservation. This fee must be submitted by the owner on a renter's behalf per community regulations and will be charged upon confirmation of booking. You will be provided with gate cards for each vehicle and bracelets to use all community amenities at the front gate upon check-in.

• Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
• Gate Card Fee (per vehicle): $20 per card
• Temporary Membership (age 6 and over):
› in-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly)
› off-season (any other time): $2.00 daily

★ You may enter the community the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.

Other things to note

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ STARTER SET OF ESSENTIALS ★
We provide a starter set of essential toiletries to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you will need throughout the stay.
