'The property is old and the front desk clerk was the worst very poor customer service. '

'Very cosy hotel with charming ambiance and nice restaurant (Great cocktails). We had some problems with the airconditioning and room cleaning, but staff dealt with it adequately and offered us a room switch and a discount. In General we had a good time Here.'

'We stayed in Tower B, and the main issue for us was the noise. On Sunday there was a marathon near the convention center, and we could hear everything being said over the microphones very clearly from our room. We feel like staying in the other tower or upgrading the room might have helped with the noise level. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the hotel itself is in a great, walkable location near the Gaslamp Quarter and the waterfront.'

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'They will charge you a destination fee of $39 just to eat there before you even order the food. Also, we found mold on two of our pillows as well as the bed linen. I tried contacting them about all this and they said there was nothing they could do. Piss poor customer service, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else and definitely don’t eat there. Will not stay there again at this or any other Omni hotel.'
