We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area. 'It was exactly as advertised and we had a great stay. Unfortunately we left early bc the tropical storm that rolled in. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants easy access to the beach and boardwalk. It was clean and very spacious. '
