'We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. '

'The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. '

'Overall good and comfortable stay for a family of 3. Air conditioned room. A bit noisy sometimes from the street. One suggestion I do have is to add some plates, bowls and pots in the kitchen. The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. '

'Location is excellent to arrive by train and walk to your apartment. We also walked from our apartment to the Colosseum and Forum comfortably and there are many restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. It is one minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore to visit the grave of Pope Francis.'

'Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. 'Very comfortable and clean. Close to good restaurants, Cavour metro station, or 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Forum, 15-20 minutes walk to Trevi Fountains, Spanish Steps and shops. Nicoletta was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.'

'Schöne gepflegte und moderne Zweiraum Wohnung zentral in Rom. Klima funktioniert gut, im Sommer sehr gern genutzt. Lage sehr zentral, direkt im die Ecke Villa Borghese. Fußläufig viel erreichbar öpnv gut angebunden.PKW nicht empfehlenswert, viel Verkehr und wenig Parkplätze bzw Parkhaus nicht ganz günstig (22,- pro Tag). '

'Great place to stay.We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time. The apartment is really ideally located to visit Rome. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with many sights nearby. We often took an evening walk along the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Trevi fountains and this took us less than an hour. The restaurants in the area are also very nice and tasty to visit (Black Market and Trattoria Al Tettarello, nice Italian atmospheres).We met the host Sylvia...

"Wonderful experience at Best Western Universo! Our stay has been simply perfect. Every morning starts with a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino, kindly brought to us by Anthony during breakfast. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with a very special thank you to Anthony who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Our room is beautiful, with a balcony that makes our time in Rome even more special. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini metro station, making it easy to explore all corners of Rome. "Nieuw, ruim opgezet hotel. Grote tuin met diverse zitjes. Grote fitness met de nieuwste apparatuur. Elke dag kun je gratis water en stuks fruit pakken. Tegenover het hotel zit een tramhalte, met goede aansluiting om bij alle bezienswaardigheden te komen. Stille kamers. Diverse gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt van het hotel. Bij het zwembad zijn wat zitjes en ligbedden. In drukke periode zijn deze snel vol. Drankjes bij het zwembad erg duur. In diverse vorige recensies wordt gesproken over onveilige buurt. Dit valt best wel mee. Er zitten wat zwervers onder het viaduct, maar hier heb je geen last van. Er is in de avond voldoende licht om je veilig te voelen. Beveiligers staan ook bij de ingang van de poort. Wij hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad."

"Super hotel. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en heel lekker (hartig, zoet, rauwkost, jus, koffie, etc…). De bedden en kussen waren heerlijk, wij hebben er goed geslapen. Het hotel ligt 5 min lopen van station Termini, wat heel handig is. En het restaurant aan het einde van de straat, Alla Bracioleria, was heerlijk (3 avonden van de 5 daar gegeten). Top!"

"It was a small hotel. Every room had a different thema. Cinema, music,.... very clean. Free tea in the room Very friendly person at reception. Hotel was nearby center and Trevi. The negative point. No breakfast. But 2min from you had restaurants, bars, possibility to have breakfast. The hotel is situated at a steep road. Highly recommended. "
