Staying at Vico Farinella you are immersed in one of Italy`s most beautiful historic centers and can easily walk to the beaches and all the attractions of Polignano.
The nearest beach is only 200 meters away. The view of the sea from the many balconies of the historic center is less than 100 meters from the house.
The location is perfect for exploring other beautiful tourist destinations of Puglia: Monopoli is only 8 km away, Conversano is about 10 km, and so close are also the famous resorts of the Valle d`Itria: Alberobello, capital of the trulli and UNESCO world heritage site, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martina Franca.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning only in the double bedroom.
- The external atrium is not exlusive property, they can pass through to access the adjacent rooms.
